Another trend implies professional skills with a wide property transfer.In both cases, these competencies must meet two basic criteria, such as generalized and functionality.

Competence approach in higher education involves formation of specialists is mandatory:

• knowledge of the basic principles of operation of enterprises;

• possession of the main base of legal knowledge;

• knowledge of the principles of existence in these conditions, competition and possible unemployment;

• readiness to change of profession, and, if necessary, and activities;

• creative thinking;

• communicative skills of work;

• Experience working in a team.
