Industrial relations: their essence

Virtually every person in their life come into any of the relations of production, particularly at work, because it involves human interaction in the process of production, consumption, distribution, and, of course, the exchange of material goods.Taken together, the productive forces and relations of production are the production method as defined historically.

This interaction forms a foundation on which for years kept the activities of enterprises. However, the relations of production is always to engage in polemics with the forces. At first people stimulated the development of techniques and technologies, which significantly increases the power of the productive forces and resulted in a decrease in the need for a relationship. This cycle is repeated periodically in modern activities. That is, people occasionally become hostages of their own initiative.

When the communist government experts nevertheless confirmed the need for a balance between these elements. Finally, it acknowledged that the relationship is also important to improve the welfare of the population and the successful operation of enterprises, as well as strength.Even during the development of the Marxist theory was disclosed dialectic of productive forces and relations of production. It was published a law that states that the nature of relationships always correspond to the degree of strength in the manufacturing process. Thus, in every historical period it used a special method of manufacture of material goods, which were inherent in the specific ratio, fully matching the given time.Only in this way it was possible to achieve unity and coherence in the system of production of goods and services.

One of the most important elements of this system are considered to be the ownership of the means of production, as they are the main link in the chain of communication between manufacturers and plant and equipment. This helps to achieve the main goal of any business, and explains the existence of other types of relationships.Socialist ownership of the State assumed ownership of all property involved in productive activities that prevent social stratification of society. After all, with such a system there were private owners, which means that there was no enslavement of one person by another. All are equal before the authorities.

As mentioned above, the relations of production include the process of distribution and exchange of products of labor. This movement can not occur without human interaction. At the stage of production of finished products having the relationship between the firm and the suppliers of raw materials, managers and subordinates, between the different departments of the same company. At the stage of distribution and marketing of goods or services observed relationships with contractors that are direct buyers of wealth, usually for the purpose of resale.

Industrial Relations have characteristic features. For example, they are formed regardless of the will and desire of the person, and people interact, as they have certain skills and knowledge demanded in the industry.Direct influence the degree of development of productive forces. This factor is considered to be decisive in choosing the type of relationship.

In conclusion, it can be concluded that industrial relations are a form of human interaction in the process of production of material goods.Without these relations can not develop any industry and, therefore, they play a crucial role in the economic life of the country.
