[2]The situation today, in the opinion of the author, is that humanity is facing a very "adult" tasks and the child needs teacher in the highest sense of the word.

And teaching, creating a difficult situation for the development of the educational environment and pedagogy, as a science, as a whole.The essence of the crisis has already been found - a reliance on formal-logical thinking and learning.But the ever-increasing flow of information requires intensifitsirovaniya educational process - "a special, socially and personally determined, purposeful activity in engaging human beings to the life of society". [3]This process requires a deep awareness of the teachers at all levels of the educational system of laws, principles and methods of training and education, the formation of personality.Time itself requires changing the educational paradigm to rethink pedagogical experience accumulated by mankind;awareness of the fundamental laws of true life, lifestyle changes, constant work on the inseparable connection of spiritual and physical in every person.And it can be really called a transformation of the inner world of man: the right to build relationships with all phenomena and processes, take responsibility for yourself and the people.And if today we reveal the possible means and methods of the beauty of the inner world of our children, then create opportunities for "self-determination of the individual security for its fulfillment;social development;strengthening and improving the rule of law ". [1]

Considering the major categories of pedagogy, I want to address one of the key, in our opinion, the causes of the crisis of modern education and training - a departure from the spiritual work, the rejection of the search of his destiny, of his way to justify their failure in any activity andeven lifelong.In fact it can be called a myth-making.Teachers, thinking that transmit knowledge to children, in fact convey information about the knowledge, talking about education, edification show, saying "smart" words, even citing historical examples.And it hardly plays any difference in the educational process.For a long time people use the word layouts of education into its component: the power of the child so that he have.Who lays in the process of education of good and selfless, but ...).

J. A Comenius wrote: student-empty vessel that needs filling.Who and what will it fill?We must realize the greatest responsibility for the future to help those who need our help, especially children.How?First of all, the child does not see the student and the person who is learning.The mass pedagogical practice related to other students."We usually say - wrote SLSoloveitchik, the child is also a person, although it is not clear when compared with someone "too" - with us or what?For myself child- man today, and no words did not convince him that he is not a human or subhuman.The honest today I see in person the child, the better it will be when he grows up ". Talking about the possibilities of a choice of strategy of education, we can point to the cultural and creative model [3].Here, the development experience is not based on the logic of the subject, and humanistic orientation of education in the process of formation of cultural identity, in a direct line with the age characteristics of psychophysical and intellectual abilities of the child.The source principle - the integrity of the "world view" and the person in nem.t.e. orientation is not the state, not the market, but on the culture.It certainly guarantee the availability of spiritual and moral factor in the future of the child in any sphere of social practice.There should be other components in the methods of teaching in our material world.Man and any thing in the world - are the result of the interaction.

In our opinion it is necessary to learn to change the quality of interaction, to find the best and favorable option upbringing and education of the younger generation."The focus is now required to put the child's personality, rather than the results of achievement in the subjects.We need to return to school education ".Today, the school needs to create effective educational programs aimed at the development and establishment of the individual student, and for this it is necessary to seek the truth, the paradigm of education, the teachers born for this activity to the development and formation of the person has been a permanent feature, and the output,as a consequence we will have great future.
