4 tbsp.grated mozzarella
1/3 Art.grated parmesan

Preparation:

Prepare the dough.In the bowl of a mixer, mix all the dry ingredients.Pour in the water and melted butter and mix on low speed for a minute.Increase the speed to medium and beat for 5 minutes until smooth dough that will deviate from the walls of the bowl.Put the dough in a bowl, greased, and leave to rise.Close the bowl with a towel or foil and leave for an hour or until the dough has doubled in size.
