«What makes you unhappy at work?»
This survey of Russians conducted a research center recruitment portal Superjob.ru.
According to 22% Russians, happiness from staying at work deprives them low wages: "For the work that I carry out in good faith, paying a penny."
Every fifth respondent (20%) feel uncomfortable in the workplace because of the rudeness, arrogance or unreasonable demands of the authorities.
Almost as many respondents (19%) said that being happy at work prevents them from unfriendly atmosphere in the team, in particular, "envy and meanness colleagues, their lack of professionalism."
Interestingly, women are more susceptible to negativity on the part of colleagues (23% against 15% for men) and management (21% vs. 18%).
